Hydraulic Aluminium Gear Pumps 1 PN Series Range
A range of single and multiple pumps. Triple, quad and other combinations are also available, please consult your HYDRECO representative for details. Pump elements are available with displacements from 4.0 to 22.9 cm3/rev (0.244 to 1.397 in3/rev) for maximum continuous operating pressures of up to 250 bar and peak operating pressures of up to 280 bar. Maximum inlet pressure is 2 bar. Pumps can be supplied as single, or as multiple units. Pumps can also be used as add-on units to other pumps types in a wide variety of combinations.

A Series Aluminium Gear Pumps
Hydreco is specialised in aluminium pumps from group A1 to group A3, divided into 34 displacements: from 0,9 to 120 cc/ rev, and up to 320 bar of max working pressure. Pumps are available with cast iron flanges and covers version to reduce the noise level. Hydrostatic balance takes up axial slack through the pressure supplied to a defined bushing area. Bearings lubrication is automatic and proportional to the pump operating pressure. Each pump can be assembled with standard flanges (European, German or SAE) or with special ones (ZF, Perkins and Renault), with tapered, cylindrical or splined shafts. Furthermore it is possible to assemble covers with pressure relief valves and flow control valves.
All standard pumps are arranged to drive a supplementary pumps, using the coupling kits, available also as a short version.

A brand new range of gear pumps based on the experience and knowledge acquired over many years of engineering and manufacturing, the HY2 series is provided with an aluminium alloy housing, two gear wheels supported by sleeve bearings and cast iron flange and cover.
The HY2 series, available as pumps and motors, offers high efficiency, low noise level and can be applied in standard and heavy duty application thanks to the high reliability and the accuracy of design and production. The pumps can be supplied as single, or as multiple units with a huge variety of options on flanges, shafts and ports, providing the right setup on each application.
