The PA28 Series is a constant mesh, constant drive PTO designed to suit the 10 bolt transmission openings on the MD and HD series Allison automatic transmissions. This PTO has a very high torque rating which is well suited to heavy duty applications such as transit mixers. Being driven from the input to the transmission, this PTO provides a live drive output that is available whenever the engine is running, and can be compared to an engine flywheel PTO.

The PA36 Series is a constant mesh, hotshift engagement PTO designed to suit 10 bolt transmission openings on the MD and HD series Allison automatic transmissions. This PTO has a high torque rating which is suited to applications such as waste collection. It is also ideal for applications that require frequent engagement of the PTO such as airport ground support equipment. As this PTO is driven from the input to the transmission, it is necessary to have the internal clutch pack for engagement and disengagement without having dangerous gear clashing.

The PA38 Series is a constant mesh, hotshift engagement PTO designed to suit the 10 bolt transmission openings on the MD and HD series Allison automatic transmissions. This PTO has a very high torque rating which is ideally suited to heavy duty applications such as transit mixers and large industrial waste compactors. Uniqually designed internal components enables this PTO have the lowest internal stresses and noise levels of all similar PTOs on the market, while maintaining the highest torque rating available.
